- Save the answer, verify factual accuracy against current sources and record each citation’s claim and support.
- Paste the observations below. Unavailable answers need a reason and are excluded from mention and citation denominators.
Citation entries require url, claim and support. Fact sources are HTTP(S) URLs. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD. Set status to available or unavailable. Up to 500 observations and 1 MB per review.
The blank template deliberately contains no results. Complete it with real evidence before building a report.
