DMCC supports configurable study concurrency. Protective throttling can hold new work when failed or partial items exceed a configured threshold. Operators should start with a controlled pilot and tune settings for the source PACS, network, spool and destination. These controls do not guarantee uninterrupted clinical operation or a fixed transfer speed. See Technical & User Guide sections 11.3 and 24.

Retry controls re-queue eligible failed or partial work within the configured retry limit. Operators should investigate repeated failures and resolve the underlying PACS, network, spool or validation issue before retrying. A retry is not an automatic repair of that issue. See Technical & User Guide section 13.1.

In the documented controlled worker path, Completed means the workflow reached its configured completion criteria, including destination validation. Final migration acceptance still requires final-state reports, review of exceptions and reconciliation against project criteria.
